Courses are designed around various exercises that will enable groups of people who work together to get a better understanding of each others qualities. There is the potential for teams to develop their communication skills, improve efficiency, enhance their teamwork and improve performance within their workplace.

STAFF DEVELOPMENT

Water Park is an ideal venue for an ‘away day’ which might be an opportunity for a group of staff to:

review strategies within the company;
plan mechanisms for change;
brainstorm new ideas.

Courses can be designed to assist in the development of staff and in the selection of staff for promotion or redirection within the company.

CORPORATE ENTERTAINMENT

If you have a client who your staff need to get to know better, join us for a day or two. In conjunction with you, we will plan an appropriate social and activity programme which will allow you all to get to know one another in an informal and non threatening manner.
