The Estate
Our estate has a rich history, once belonging to Furness Abbey, and dates back to the 12th century. Today, the manor house is surrounded by gardens and playgrounds with a further 10 acres of pasture, all a stones throw away from the lake shore. There is a further 55 acres of mixed woodland across the road with brilliant views over the lake. The main building, largely Georgian and Victorian in style, offers thirteen bedrooms with single beds, accommodating groups of up to 37 people. Showers and toilets are conveniently located nearby. Take a look at our virtual tour below to see exactly how spectacular our centre is.
